Wendi Bedard joined Phoenix House in 2019 as Director of Nursing in New Hampshire.  In 2020, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services, North, overseeing Vermont and New Hampshire programs.  Wendi has over 13 years of experience working with individuals who suffer from substance use and mental health issues.  Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of capacities, serving as a floor nurse, nursing supervisor, and clinical nurse educator.  Wendi is dedicated to excellence in patient care through utilizing evidence-based practices, and is passionate about helping individuals and families affected by addiction and co-occurring disorders.   She is an enthusiastic advocate for recovery, believing that with the right tools and support, everyone seeking recovery can be successful.

 

Wendi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Walden University.
