Shorey Dow

Shorey Dow is Assistant Vice President of Strategic Quality Optimization at Phoenix House New England, with a direct oversight in the New Hampshire region.  She holds a Master of Education from Springfield College in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and has worked to maintain her License as a Mental Health Counselor in all four states where Phoenix House New England provides clinical programming.  

Shorey began her career with Phoenix House New England in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 2005.  She has been with the company in a variety of clinically led positions where she has advanced numerous initiatives.  She worked within the company in different clinical roles serving adolescents and adults within residential, Drug Court, and outpatient programs.  She began her career as a counselor, later becoming Clinical Director of Phoenix House Springfield Center, then advancing to her current role as an Assistant Vice President.  She has previous experience working in other roles as a School Adjustment Counselor and Clinical Supervisor for a local foster care agency.  

Her creativity, drive and determination assist with the development and implementation of clinical programming around the region.  Shorey strives on a daily basis to maintain the highest standards set by the organization and herself.
