She has a wealth of experience with streamlining processes, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, forward thinking, building relationships, critical thinking skills, and innovation and strategic thinking.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Public Administration from Rhode Island College, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a Minor in Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island.  She completed the Project Management Program at Bryant University, earned a Certification in Human Resources Management from Bryant University, and holds a Certification in Health Care Compliance (CHC) with the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).

Molly’s daily approach is not only to work hard but always to strive to work smarter.

Our work would not be possible without the generosity of thousands of donors across the country. Thank you for offering help and hope.
