Kristi joined the Executive team at Phoenix Houses of New England in October 2020, working directly for the President and CEO. Her role as Chief of Staff crystalized shortly thereafter.

She brought with her to Phoenix House almost a decade of experience from Lifespan Physicians Group, Rhode Island’s level 4 Trauma center powered by Brown University’s world-class academic group.

Her corporate not-for-profit healthcare experience, focused on patient care excellence, practice operations, marketing and program growth and development, forged the foundation for valuable insights and innovative ideas with our team.

In her role as Chief of Staff Kristi provides side-by-side support, strategic partnership, and a trusted organizational development perspective with and for the President and CEO.
