Program
Description
Phoenix House Springfield Outpatient Services provides integrated care for adults with substance use and behavioral health issues. Treatment is delivered by an expert team of nurse practitioners, licensed clinicians and interdisciplinary support staff, all under the direction of a board-certified physician. Owing to social distancing requirements from the COVID-19 pandemic, treatment is currently offered via telehealth, with in-person services anticipated to begin once it is deemed safe.
This program enhances our continuum of care in Massachusetts, which ranges from transitional support services for men just beginning their recovery journey, through comprehensive residential care, and special programs in Greater Boston for mothers with young children. While Springfield Outpatient Services is physically located in Western Massachusetts, telehealth permits us to serve patients throughout the Commonwealth even after the pandemic ceases to be an issue.
